Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Gallery block in ManyChat on Instagram DM.

• In the flow preview inside ManyChat, everything looks correct: I can see two cards side by side in the gallery.

• However, when I test it on my own phone (Instagram DM), only the first card is visible. The second card never appears, and there is no swipe option.

What I’ve already tried:

1. Made sure both cards are inside the same Gallery block.

2. Each card has a title, subtitle, image, and at least one button.

3. Reduced the text length in titles and descriptions to avoid character limits.

4. Used images with the recommended size (square 1080×1080).

5. Tested with different links (shorter links as well).

6. Refreshed permissions between Instagram and ManyChat.

7. Checked Instagram account type (it is set as a Business account).

But the problem persists: Preview shows 2 cards, Instagram DM only shows 1 card.

Has anyone else run into this?

• Is this a known limitation of Instagram DM?

• Do I need to change any special settings in ManyChat or Meta Business Suite?

• Could it be device-specific?
