While trying to automate my ig comments getting this "For collaborative posts, the automation does not work with comments on the collaborator’s account" can anyone please tell me how to resolve this issue

Hi,
In order to automate a collaborative post, ir must have been posted on your account AND… it will not trigger if a follower from the other profile comments if he don't follow your account.
If that's not your case, please open a ticket at https://help.manychat.com/. The support team will be able to take a further look at this problem. 😉
