Uh… I totally understand your question… Manychat's billing can get WILD

Sometimes it will look like this:

And this happens because Manychat calculates your bill with the proportional period you got into a new subscriber count.

For example: up to 2500 contacts, you'll subscription will be $25. Once you pass the 2500 contact limit, you get into the 5000 subscription fee, but will only proportionally be charged for that first subscription period, instead of the full $45 for the 5000 fee.

For the next period, if you don't surpass 5000 contacts, the bill will just be $45.

Now, a pro tip:

• Delete the subscribers that you don't need or interact anymore. This will lower your monthly subscription fees, cause the same “proportional” rule is valid if you get back to a lower subscriber count cap.
