I have followed the automation setup properly, tested it on ManyChat and IG settings and it seems to work. I have several word trigger comments on my post, but almost 24 hours later none of the conversation automations have triggered. When I tested it through IG and input the code given, it actually worked from my personal IG to my business IG. I don’t understand why there is a messaging hangup to my customers? Any help appreciated.
