Hello, Hope you are well. I’m new to automation. I’m using chat GPT to respond to customers questions. How do i create a Manychat goal output, to save the the response of their reply in a certain category? I’ve tried to look for the answer in the you tube videos. But couldn’t find it.

Hey,
You can do this with an AI Step. Add a task that asks the AI to identify the appropriate category, enable “Save user’s reply”, and select the Custom User Field where you want to store the result.
After the AI Step, add a Condition block that checks that field and sends the contact down the appropriate path.
