My Google Sheet has 2 columns, IG_username and Message_to_blast.
In Manychat, I build a flow to lookup the IG_username, and put the Message_to_blast into Manychat Data, and then send to the user.
It works great at first, but after I edited the Message_to_blast in Google sheet, Manychat still kept sending the old data.
I am not sure if there is cache issue since it is the same IG_username.
I have tried many efforts, still doesn’t work
- I tried clear my browser cache
- I tried disconnect Google Sheet and connect again
- I tried clicking “refresh” on action
- I tried deleting the action and adding back in (well I was using 2 different IG account to test this, one works, meaning it send the updated message, but the other doesn’t, it still send the old message, weird… )
I am new to Manychat and I appreciate any sort of help / tips! Thank you everyone in advance!
