That could be some missing authorization at the Sheets integration...

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google Sheets integration at Settings/ Integrations/ Connect Google Sheets Account

i’ve got the same problem. Did this work?

disconnecting and reconnecting did allow the insert row action to complete. but now i get a new error: when i add the action to the flow and UPDATE:

please select a worksheet, even though i had done when i set up integration

SOLUTION: under spreadsheet name is a worksheet selection (hidden below the active screen pane, you have to scroll down!!
