Without warning and without explanation Manychat terminated my account.
Despite many requests for clarification Manychat refused to explain what “suspicious activity that violates our Terms of Service” was detected. Their response: "we cannot disclose or pinpoint exactly which term has been violated”.
So Manychat just terminates an account without be able or willing to explain based on what they act.
Good product, but UNRELIABLE ORGANIZATION!
