Hi everyone, has anyone else faced this issue?

 

Due to an unauthorized payment for my Manychat subscription, my WhatsApp stopped working, and I didn't receive any notification. I wasn’t informed about the payment problem, nor was I notified that my WhatsApp had been disconnected.

 

The only email I got was from Stripe, letting me know about the payment issue, but I missed it because it was Sunday. As a result, my WhatsApp was disconnected for four days (from Sunday to Wednesday), and I didn’t receive a single alert from Manychat regarding this.

 

I find this situation really frustrating. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it?

Yes, unfortunately when the billing fails Manychat will put you on the Free plan - with all the limitations that this implies.

Yes, the Manychat account of my client stopped working for 4 business days because of payment failure, the account went from PRO to FREE, and I didn’t received neither any app notification neither any e-mail notification, only one simple e-mail from Stripe.

How can you trust the platform to run several clients on it having this tracking limitation?
