Hello Friends ! I am having trouble connecting my IG account to Manychat - It says that it has already been connected but I dont see it. Anyone experienced that and was able to fix it?

Hey
You have 2 options here:
- Track down who connected (maybe another admin or you, but from another profile), and connect through there or get them to approve you into the account
- If you’re the account owner, get in touch with support and they’ll assist you to disconnect from the old account and create a new one. You can create a ticket here: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281086345244-How-to-get-support-from-Manychat
