Hello, when I send a message or automation to my customers through live chat, it doesn’t get delivered. Also, my account still appears as pending. How long does it usually take for the status to change to connected or something similar?

Hi,
This means that Meta is still verifying something with your WhatsApp Account. This can take several days in some cases.
Check your WhatsApp Manager. There's a chance you'll find additional instructions or errors you need to solve: https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/phone_numbers
Common issues are:
- Business needs verification
- The chosen WhatsApp Name isn't allowed
- The Business Portfolio is restricted due some policy violation
