Hi everyone, I need urgent help.

Yesterday I paid for the ManyChat Pro subscription ($17 USD) and the payment was processed successfully. However, today my account is showing the Free plan instead of Pro, and my automations are no longer working.

This is affecting my business and I need to get it fixed as soon as possible. I’ve already had bad experiences with support in the past and they have never really solved my issues, so I’m hoping someone from the community or the ManyChat team can help.

Has anyone experienced this before? How can I restore my Pro subscription and get my automations working again?

This is a known ManyChat issue where the payment goes through but the billing system and your account status fall out of sync, so it treats you as Free and your Pro automations stop. A few things to try yourself first:

1. Settings, then Billing tab. If there is a "Renew Subscription" banner or button, click it. The first charge can succeed while the renewal silently fails, which flips you back to Free.

2. While you are there, confirm the card on file is valid and that the latest charge actually posted.

3. If you see "insufficient rights to manage page billing," you need the account Owner or Admin to grant you billing access before anything will update.

If none of that resyncs it, that's the point where you have to open a support ticket, since only they can manually re-sync billing to your account. Their response times can beslow, so in the ticket make it clear the broken plan is costing you business and you intend to cancel the subscription. That tends to move it up the queue. Hope you get it back fast.
