Hi everyone, I need urgent help.
Yesterday I paid for the ManyChat Pro subscription ($17 USD) and the payment was processed successfully. However, today my account is showing the Free plan instead of Pro, and my automations are no longer working.
This is affecting my business and I need to get it fixed as soon as possible. I’ve already had bad experiences with support in the past and they have never really solved my issues, so I’m hoping someone from the community or the ManyChat team can help.
Has anyone experienced this before? How can I restore my Pro subscription and get my automations working again?
