Help

very very frustrated with support from manychat.  I am simply trying to set up an auto DM link from comments in facebook.  Many chat keeps giving me an error note to Mark this message as a private reply… i did that and it did not work. also in the automation flow it is stopped now matter what i do.   The steps provided do not match what i see on the screen so I have no clue how to fix. The AI bot is useless and has me running around.  I upgraded it to a human response I believe and now this guy is not responding to me. I am so pissed.  Cindyrae7495@gmail.com. you have permission to look at it and fix it. I cant even upgrade my plan!!!

Hi ​@MsNadiia, what type of error are you getting when you are trying to connect to your IG account?. 

Please bear in mind you need to “ensure you have a Professional Instagram account, either Creator or Business if your follower count is up to 500k or Business if it exceeds 500k.  And also ensure your Instagram account is linked to the Facebook Business Page you have full control of”

Also, when doing the steps in Manychat platform to connect your MC account to your IG account,  bear in mind to select the “ See More Options” and try that way.  As you can see an example of this in the following community post:
