Hi there. All of my automations stopped working today. I have refreshed my permissions several times. I received zero warnings from Instagram / ManyChat. I have been trying to reach someone and am coming up empty. Does anyone know what I can do? Everything was working until 1130AM EST and then suddenly just stopped. TIA!

Just to make sure, go to your settings and check the logs tab to see if you have any notice.

hi! I already did this several times and I have no notice from them. I reached out to them yesterday but haven’t heard back. It’s really strange and it’s not good.
