Hi. This is happening for three days now. Using FB messenger for my automations. The buttons work when I'm clicking it from the business suite page, but on the customer's end everyone of them claim link is not appearing. I confirmed that my links doesn't work well. In fact it perfectly fine the previous months and I haven't changed configuration since. I checked all aspects, status, and it seems eveything should work as it suppose to. No problem in my settings and payment. Buttons which contains link cannot be accessed by customers. Nothing happens when they click the button.

Certify to use always a complete URL, like "https://site.com/etc...”. Sometimes, if you set just "site.com/...” it breaks.
Also… test it as plain text in the message box to see if it has the same problem or if it works.
