I am able to get manychat to connect to IG - when I go into settings I see it’s connected there but when I am in the app or web browser, I can’t seem to connect it there to manage the account. I have removed the app a few times to try again. It says that “We noticed this instagram account is already connected to manychat” but I can’t manage it anywhere. Can someone help? The app is installed but I don’t have any way to manage this because after I connect it, it says that it’s already connected.

Thanks for the details. This usually happens when your Instagram is connected to a different ManyChat account.

Here's the simple fix:

1.  Log into the ManyChat website (not the app) using any other email you may have used before.
2.  Go to Settings > Instagram.
3.  If you find your Instagram connected there, click "Disconnect".
4.  Once disconnected, you can connect it to the correct account.

This should solve the 'already connected' error.
