Help in connecting Instagram

Bonjour

Je me permets de vous contacter car je n’arrive pas à relier mon compte Instagram à Manychat.
Mon compte facebook est relié mais pas mon compte IG. Un message m’indique “ changez d’instagram pour continuer avec une autre compte ou demandez l’accès au propriétaire...” mais c’est moi la propriétaire. Du coup je suis bloquée et les messages affluent et je ne peux plus gérer en direct

Good morning

I can contact you when I arrive to review my Instagram account on ManyChat.
My Facebook account is based on my IG account. A message tells me to "switch to another Instagram account or request access from the owner..." but I am the owner. As a result, I'm blocked and the messages are flooding in, and I can no longer manage it in real time.

    This happens when your Instagram account is already connected to another Manychat account (probably you created it on the past).

    Login on that Manychat account (where your Instagram channel is connected) and remove it from there. Then, you’ll be able to connect it on your new Manychat account.

    Salut ​@Louise enfinlibre ce problème arrive quand votre compte Instagram est déjà connecté à un autre compte Manychat (probablement un que tu avais créé avant).

    Pour régler ça, connectez-vouz à ce compte Manychat (où vos Instagram est lié) et supprime-le de là. Ensuite, tu pourras le connecter à ton nouveau compte Manychat sans problème.
