Hello, The buttons for my automations on IG stopped working three weeks ago. I have several automations with buttons to download free resources for my community, they worked perfectly, but from one moment to the next the buttons, all of them, stopped working... People who comment on IG posts receive the initial message of the automation without any problem, but when they click on the link it throws an error that prevents the download. Anyone around here who can help me solve this problem? I thank you in advance for the help.

Hi,
This could be due some problem within Manychat and Meta integration.
Take a look at this article and check if every item is set up as expected: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281308423452-Instagram-automation-troubleshooting
If it still doesn't work, you can try to remove your Instagram account from Manychat and add it again (this acts like a hard reset of everything): https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/15582498909724-How-to-remove-an-Instagram-account-from-Manychat
