I need your help with something important
I’m building a flow where, when someone needs assistance (like opening a support ticket), I want to notify a specific person – but only inside the Manychat app, not via email. The client does not want to receive email notifications for every ticket.
Is there a way to: Trigger an in-app notification (like a task or alert in Manychat)
Without sending an email?
If that’s not possible right now, is it at least possible to change the email address connected to the Manychat account so those notifications go somewhere else?
Really appreciate any guidance, tips, or workarounds from anyone who faced something similar!
