We've been facing several issues with ManyChat recently, particularly not receiving messages from customers. Has anyone else experienced this problem and identified any potential causes?

The ManyChat team has been investigating for several days now, but they have yet to find a solution—which is becoming quite concerning.

Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Hi!

I have the same problem, sometimes user write to the chatbot and they don’t get the double check that the message is received by the chatbot.

I need to enter in Manychat and manually trigger automation for the workflow to work.
