Help Needed: Resetting Weekly Contest Flow in ManyChat (Random Number Draw)

I run a weekly contest drawing every Friday at 8PM, and entries close at 8:30PM. After the drawing ends, I want to begin collecting new entries for the next week’s drawing immediately.

Each week, up to 100 contestants can enter, and each person is assigned a random number from 1–100.

I'm currently using a Google Sheet to log contestant data with the following columns:

• Serial Number

• Random Number

• User-ID

• User-Name

• Mobile-ID

I already know how to update the Google Sheet to prepare it for the next week’s entries. However, I need help figuring out what other parts of the ManyChat flow or formulas need to be updated to reset the system and start collecting fresh entries correctly.
