Hi Community,
I’m assisting a customer who is trying to integrate an existing WhatsApp for Business (phone number )with ManyChat. However, after attempting the integration, the number was blocked, and they are unable to unblock it. The reason for the block is unclear, and unfortunately, WhatsApp has not responded to the support tickets we submitted.
"Phone Number has been blocked. Please check alert prompt in WhatsApp Manager Overview or follow instructions in Account Quality"
I can't see any notification or flag when I go to Account Quality.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any insights or guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
