I just can’t seem to figure out why this automation isn’t working. The intial DM works, but when they press the first button, nothing happens. I can’t see what is wrong with this, it’s my first time using manychat

The setup you have looks correct, so I’d try refreshing the connection and seeing if that improves it.

If that still fails, I suggest you open a ticket with support so they can look at your account specifically to find out what’s wrong.
