Quick Reply’s are not showing up when users comment under posts & live’s.
Instragram permissions have been refreshed, automations have been re-built but problem persists...
Experiencing this problem for 1.5 days now.
Anyone a fix?

Client has just notified me of a similar issue - am changing quick replies to buttons for now - but it’s not ideal at all

They're aware and working with Meta to fix it as soon as possible. 🙌 It’s been resolved!
A workaround for now is switching your Quick Replies to Buttons:
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
