Hello, I have reached out to an agent for 2 days straight and no one has responded. I have changed my permissions, refreshed permissions, and tried to set up a dm automation for my FB and IG accounts. They still don’t work. Not sure what else to do other than reach out for more help or find another DM automation platform.

I’m sorry to header that your automations doesn’t work. 😞

Could you share what kind of errors appear to you? Can you set your automation live, but after that the automation is not sent to the user?

Correct. When I set my automations to live, it is not sent to the user.​​​​​​

Okay. I followed the steps, but I get a notification from FB Business Suite, but the triggers that I set up are not coming through. ( Asking for email, link to freebie, etc.).

 

This is what keeps happening.

@EDG Once you did all the steps to make it work, and it didn’t, you should open a ticket to Manychat support.
