I can only log in via Facebook, and suddenly I’m getting an “Access Denied (profile)” error when trying to sign in, so I’m completely locked out.
I already checked with Meta and my account/permissions are fine, so it doesn’t seem to be coming from Facebook.
This happened out of nowhere — I’ve been using Manychat for over 2 years, paying monthly, and never had this issue before. No warning, no explanation, nothing.
I’m honestly worried because I have no access to my account and don’t even know what happened, and I’m still being billed.
Has anyone experienced this or knows what could be causing it?
