I'm experiencing a problem where my flow gets stuck after the first message—none of the following messages (like email or phone number requests) are being delivered to the user.

The flow is designed to collect the user's email and phone number, and then continue with the rest of the automation. It used to work fine, but now it just stops after the initial message, and nothing else is sent.

I've already checked the conditions, delays, and message status, and everything seems correct. Still, the user doesn't receive the next messages.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what might be causing it or how to fix it?

How is your flow being triggered? If it's through comments, the issue might be that the first message needs to be a "comment reply" type, as shown in the screenshot below:
