Hi Everyone, need help with Instagram + ManyChat access

One of our previous team members connected our Instagram page to his personal ManyChat account and created automations there. He is no longer working with us, and we don’t have access to that ManyChat account anymore.

Now we want to:

  • Remove / revoke that ManyChat access

  • Connect the same Instagram page to our new ManyChat account

Since we don’t have contact with the old team member, what is the correct way to disconnect the Instagram page from his ManyChat account and reconnect it to ours?

Any guidance would be really helpful. Thanks in advance 🙏
