@dr.mohammadalmashaqbh did you just delete subscribers?

If so, give it until tomorrow, it should update to the correct subscription.

If not, I’d contact support and ask them.

Hey Mohammad, I have the same problem. Still under 1000 contacts, and the plan is already charging more.

Did support give you a solution?

it goes down to 25$ but when they take the billing the draw 65$ idk what is the problem...thats really annoying and doesnt make me trust this app

Thank you for sharing your concerns! I understand how confusing this situation can be, and I’m happy to clarify what may have happened.

When contacts are deleted, the pricing tier does not downgrade immediately. It can take up to a couple of hours for the change to be applied. Rest assured, the downgrade does go through once the system finishes processing the update.

Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like it was taken shortly after the contacts were deleted, before the pricing change had time to apply. I can confirm that later that same day, the update was successfully processed and your pricing tier was downgraded accordingly.

I also see that you already have an open support ticket with our​ team. If you haven’t seen our response yet, please let me know and I’ll be happy to resend it.

However, I couldn’t find a support ticket submitted by ​@Lorelu . If assistance is still needed, please submit a ticket by emailing support@team.manychat.com, and we’ll gladly take a closer look at the account and provide more clarity on what’s happening.
