Hi, I have a big problem with messages on Instagram, every time I write something it gives me this text template. Please, how can I solve this problem?

​@Arnaut Igor this is not a standard Manychat message, as far as I’m aware.

In Manychat, Go to Settings > Instagram and check the Default Reply settings. If this message is not configured there, then you have some other app connected to your IG triggering this message.

Hello again, I did what you told me to delete the "Default Reply" and I still get this text, please what can I do to get rid of this template. I am not affiliated with any bot-related site.

Check the handover protocol settings, I bet you’ll see something else connected there:
