We're in the education vertical and need to build all the automations completely from scratch. At a high level, the flows would need to handle:
• Questions about our programs — what we offer, content, requirements, etc.
• Explaining the university's study modality
• Enrollment inquiries — guiding interested users through the steps to sign up
• Lead capture — collecting lead info and pushing it automatically into our CRM
Essentially a full conversational funnel, from the first question all the way to a qualified lead landing in the CRM.
