We're a digital health and wellness brand running 12+ social media accounts across German, English, and Spanish markets. We need someone who lives and breathes ManyChat.
The Role
You'll own our entire ManyChat operation — building and managing automated flows across Facebook and Instagram (comment replies, DMs, story replies) for all of our accounts. The core of this role is constant optimization: split testing hooks, message copy, timing, and flow structure to improve open rates and conversions. Every contact that comes through ManyChat needs to be captured and synced to our email team (Klaviyo) with proper tags so they can retarget. You'll monitor performance daily, fix what's broken, and keep testing to make the funnel better every week.
What We're Looking For
Someone with deep, hands-on ManyChat experience at scale — not just one welcome flow, but managing multiple accounts and high-volume comment automation. You understand funnel mechanics, you know how to integrate ManyChat with Klaviyo, and you have a testing obsession. Familiarity with Meta/Instagram messaging policies is a must. German-language experience and e-commerce/digital product background are a plus.

We will run new Split tests every 3 days, so this will be a part time job but we still need you to check in daily and report to us. But we expect you to work twice a week for a few hours.
