If I create 2 automations:
Will both automations save user contacts, or will contacts only be added for those who interact via DM? Wich automations do no add contacts on my platform?

Hi,
A contact is created once a user interacts with any kind of automation OR gets in contact via DM (even if no automation is triggered).
