How are contacts added?

If I create 2 automations:

  • An automation that responds to comments on posts.
  • One that sends direct messages to those who perform an action.

Will both automations save user contacts, or will contacts only be added for those who interact via DM? Wich automations do no add contacts on my platform?

A contact is created once a user interacts with any kind of automation OR gets in contact via DM (even if no automation is triggered).
