Recently, I interacted with a ManyChat automation that asked for my name, and after I replied, the bot started talking to me using that name — like a nickname. I’d love to learn how to set up that same feature in my own automation.

Do I need to use ManyChat AI for that, or can it be done in ManyChat Pro?

Hey ​@Nyorquina most likely the bot was using the ‘Data Collection’ block, and capturing the First Name.

Thanks! I actually went through the first steps but got stuck halfway, probably because of the configuration part. The link you sent looks very detailed with step-by-step instructions, but I’m a very visual learner and usually understand better through video tutorials.
