Hi Manychat team and community,
My Instagram Reel received around 400 comments containing “ART” in the last 24 hours, before I activated my comment-to-DM automation.
My automation is now LIVE and successfully sends the tutorial link to new commenters. I have also set up a separate automation for people who DM me “ART.”
Is there any supported way to send the tutorial DM to the 400 existing commenters in bulk, without manually messaging each person or breaking my current automation?
Can an existing comment trigger process comments that were received before the automation went live?
I would appreciate step-by-step guidance. Thank you!
