I am creating some WhatsApp automations, and since some people on my team reply to customers directly through the app, I can’t keep track of what was the last message sent by the company to the customer.
Is there any way to retrieve the last message that we sent to the customer?
Since Live Chat tools can do this, I imagine that the Meta API exposes this information in some way.
