How do I make the lead receive a notification when I send a message on instagram?
I noticed that many leads leave a comment but don’t read my message — maybe they don’t even get a notification about it. How can I fix this and make sure that people who don’t follow me receive the automated messages in their main Instagram inbox?

Sadly… you can't. 🫠
This is a common issue caused by Meta itself. And happens much more if the user that interacts doesn't follows your profile.
Unfortunately, there's no way to Manychat change something to enhance deliver rate for your profile.
You could create some special campaigns and give some freebie to users that have to follow your profile (using the condition block + contact follow your profile in your automation). But other than that, only luck with the "Meta gods”. 😅
