Hi,

I have seen many people use this and like the message of story with keyword sent by me and then send automated response, it feels very human and more natural. they are using manychat

 

How can I do the same ?

Super easy! 🙌

Just add a “User replies to your story” trigger and check this option:

You can also select a specific story and define specific keywords to trigger the automation.

 

And then you build your automation in the way you wish to respond the user. 😉
