I'm assuming the initial step — which is the trigger to start your flow — is already set up.
When the user enters your flow, you need to insert a condition block to check whether they are following you or not.
If they are following you, they receive the reward. If not, you send another message explaining the rules.
To find this condition in the block, go to "System Fields", click on the Instagram icon, and then select "Follows you on Instagram".
