I want to use Manychat for auto-replying to comments, but without sending a DM to the commenters. The auto-reply should be based on a preset reference.

How can I set up an auto-reply to comments without having to send a DM?
I just asked the same question and they said “While this feature isn’t on our immediate roadmap, we’d kindly ask you to share it [here on this page] so it can gain visibility and catch the attention of our Product Team.” I really hope they make that an option.
