How can I unlink my Instagram account from a ManyChat profile I no longer have access to?

Hi everyone,

 

I'm trying to connect my Instagram account to a new ManyChat account, but I'm getting an error because this Instagram account is already linked to another ManyChat profile. The problem is that this connection was set up previously by someone else, and neither I nor anyone on my team has access to that old ManyChat profile anymore.

 

Is there a way to unlink my Instagram account from that old ManyChat profile without needing access to it? I'd really like to avoid having to create a brand new Instagram account just to solve this.

 

Has anyone run into this before, or does the ManyChat team have a support process for this kind of situation? Any guidance would be appreciated!

    Hi, ​@DoutorCarlitos , you shold remove Manychat from your business manager first.

    1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/ 
    2. Click in cofigurations
    3. Click in Partners
    4. Click in Manychat 
    5. Remove from Portfolio in the (...) 

    After that it should work adding another account.
