User: “Hi, I need to know the cost for this product?”
ManyChat: “Hi! Glad to have you here… (Flow starts)”
I need help.
I want to capture the first message the user sends when they contact us.
But I don’t see any option in ManyChat to automatically save that first input.
How can I fix this issue?

Hi,
Create a custom user field to store that text, then set an Action step and use the "Set User Field” action to capture the variable for "Last Text Input” right after the trigger:
