every time i request a demo or contact to get support for my account i just get an email back about manychat’s elite program which im not even interested in. and no one even replies when i respond to that email about elite. im paying for the pro plan too and having a frustrating time getting support. running into issues with my automations set up here and need help!

How do i get ahold of a real person to set up a call for support??
Yeah, the demo and contact forms mostly route to sales, which is why you keep getting the Elite emails instead of real support. For an actual technical issue you're better off pushing through the in-app support chat and flagging it clearly as technical, not sales, so it stops getting funneled.
Honestly though the faster path is probably just fixing the automation itself. What's it doing wrong? Happy to take a look, I set these up a lot.
