🚨 How do I get rid of "Beware of potential scams" pop up in ManyChat ?

There’s no way Manychat (or any other automation tool) could cause that issue... it’s 100% on Meta’s side.

I’ve seen that before with accounts that weren’t even connected to Manychat. I also talked to IG support (total frustration), and after a few weeks, it just magically stopped.

It could also happen if some users reported your messages or content as spam/scam, or if the content you share falls into some “gray area” that could be interpreted as misleading or scam-like.

Thanks for the quick answer.

I heavily uses Manychat so this is why I wonder if this is linked eventhought to be fair I don’t think it’s the case.
I’ve stopped all my automations for the moment. 

My content is about 3D printing so no gray area :/

Seems like letting go the automation a bit was the good move here. 

I think Manychat should warn heavy users like myself that this can happen to their accounts. 

Warning ⚠️  : if you have too much engagement Meta might think you are a scammer. 

Did it work for you? Pausing the automations

Yes it did. It took approximately 2 weeks.

Now I don’t collect emails nor names since it might be what was causing the issue.

I recommend to collect emails etc on a page outside instagram to avoid anything like mentioned above.
