I can’t seem to complete adding my Instagram account to ManyChat.
Here are the steps.
When I log in, I get the screen notifying me that I have not added any accounts to it, yet.
I click to add a new account, then I get this and I select Instagram.
On the next screen I click “Connect Via Meta”
I log in with Instagram
I enter in my Instagram credentials
I Save Info.
I click Login as marciadiane_author
I accept marciadiane4060 as the Business Portfolio and marciadiane_author as the Instagram Profile and click Continue.
I click “Save” And wait a few seconds.
Then I end up on this screen. The first time I arrived here, I sent the request, then the button turned gray and it said, “Request Sent” I’ve tried repeating this process several times and I always end up here.
I check in the Facebook Meta Business Suite for messages asking to approve this request and I can’t find any. I did find that ManyChat listed in the Integrated Apps section, so I know the app is connected, but for some reason, the Account has not been added to ManyChat.
Does anyone know what to do or understand why this problem persists? I can’t get started creating automations until this is resolved.
