I am on the pro version of many chat and am unable to find a way to disable this branding. It would be great if you guys could help!

Hi,
Once you upgrade to PRO this should automatically not be sent anymore…
And if you want to disable Manychat's branding on Growth Tools, just go to Settings/ Website Widgets and disable the Branding toggle:
It's also possible that you are dealing with some bug. If this continues appearing with your active PRO subscription, I suggest opening a ticket to Manychat's support team at: https://help.manychat.com/
