How do you export your emails collected in your Instagram DMs?

I did a lead magnet on instagram and got a lot of emails to my direct messages, too many to copy and paste to a spreadsheet. When I am in contacts I can see the emails if I go into each contact, but how do I export the emails all at once so I don’t have to copy and paste them over to my CRM?

@KG9316 there are several ways to do it, but the easiest one is exporting the information to a Google Sheet.

Here’s the help article that should help you get Google Sheets setup:

To export all at once, you can trigger a rule or send a broadcast to your audience (that doesn’t have any messages, but only has the action to export to Google Sheet).

Just be careful to send it in batches so you don’t hit Google Sheet’s API rate limit (explained in the article).

You can use this template to split your subscribers into batches:

And I have this video (in Spanish) on how to do it:

Hope this helps!

(And yes, I need to do more videos in English, I know!) :D
