How do you stop a subscription to an account you no longer have access too.


Hi therew I am having issues with accessing my old account as I had to start a new facebook and instagram account. I basically created a new account so I could resolve my old account. I’m still being charged a mthly fee and can’t stop it. I also invested thousands of dollars for a workflow I can no longer access. I would like support with this thank you. I’ve sent manychat emails and no reply. I’m not sure what else I can do. Its like there is no one to contact for support. Would love your suggestions. Thanks in advance.
