I have a csv file with ~600 Instagram Scoped User ID but when uploaded to facebook the list is “Ready” but I still can’t make a lookalike audience from it because the seed audience is too small. From meta documentation they say I need at least 100 Instagram Scoped User ID’s
So how many do I need?
