How to auto-reply to missed calls via WhatsApp in ManyChat?

I’m trying to build an automation for my delivery business and would love your help.

Goal:
Whenever someone calls my number and I don’t answer, I want them to automatically receive a WhatsApp message.

What I’m trying to figure out:

  • What’s the best way to detect a missed call? (Twilio? Make? Zapier? phone system?)
  • How do I trigger a WhatsApp Template message via ManyChat after that?
  • Any recommended stack or setup that works reliably?

Would really appreciate if someone who built something similar can share their setup 🙏

Thanks! 🚀

Hey @Danielr94 nice use case!

So your business number, is it a landline, IP phone, mobile, connected to a PABX? You’ll need to find the right way to trigger the automation depending on what you have…

Once you have a way to trigger this notification, then it’s straight forward. You can use Make.com and Manychat’s API to create the user in Manychat and send the message template.
